Chocolate & Mascarpone Pie

Pie is a baked dish made of pastry dough lined in a shallow baking pan as the crust, and added with either sweet or savory fillings. The typical pie is usually round with 8-10 inches in diameter and 2-3 inches thick. Sweet pies are generally served as dessert and savory pies as the main course or appetizer. Crusts can be made of a variety of mixtures including short crust pastry, puff pastry, cookie crumbs, meringue and even with mashed potatoes. In the US, pies have been popular since colonial times. Especially apple pies and pumpkin pies have become great American traditions. While in the UK, pies have been staples food since Middle Ages. Meat, poultry and fish pies are especially popular.

Fel Bakery currently only offering sweet pie varieties that include fruity, chocolatey and nutty flavours. Try our three chocolatey flavour pies which are Chocolate & Mascarpone Pie, Chocolate & Bailey Pie and Green Tea & White Chocolate Pie.

Our pies are available in both 5 cm diameter for mini size and 20 cm diameter for regular size. You can choose a maximum of 3 flavours for a pack of 12 mini pies.
